When adding/creating a channel, The adult field should be Radio Button. Neither Yes or No is selected forcing submiter to enter answer.
If radio button remains untouch after submit; prompt user: "You must say whether it's adult"

You know what, due to some settings in Firefox, that Radio Button would get displayed right at the bottom of the popup window when you hit 'I like it'. That Radio Button is virtually invisible. You need to keep on pressing tab when the Radio Button finally shows up. Anyway, Thanks Brad, Your post helped me out since it was the first to be displayed when I Googled it.

I think that the current way podcast are managed does not handle a lot of scenario. I would prefer something like :
Download all podcast younger than (x days) and keep them (x days, months, until played, until a new item, always)

Hubdog seems rather weak here. I 've only used the product for a day now, but I can't find any control for what part of an RSS feed I get. For example, Instructors are not publilshing their courses as RSS feeds that may have over 100 chapters. I can't find way to get more than 30 chapters, much less which ones of the 100 I get. I may have to move to another product.

There's no way to tell hubdog "I'm done with this podcast, delete it", or how many podcasts from a specific podcast to keep around.

when selecting a non-cached podcast, coreplayer starts up, and while core player can resolve valid URLs, hubdog always supplies an invalid URL.

Give the user an option to add an rss field by typing in the link to the rss feed. I don't see this in the program, and could be very valuable.

the ability to synch webpages that are linked to rss feeds. for offline viewing. Some rss feeds link to small preview desciptions. Being able to read whole articles from my favourite websites would be good.

1. I couldn't agree more with the Local Storage comment above. 20 posts is nothing. If I don't stay on top of things I risk missing posts as they get overwritten. I'd like it to store 100+ posts so that I can catch up when I want, not when the reader tells me I have to.
2. I'd like the web-based "client" to sync up with the WM client so that it knows which posts I've already read, and doesn't display those to me. I hate having to sift through stuff I've already read just to get to the new content.
3. Chronological order. As it is, it displays the posts from newest to oldest. I want it the other way around. I want to read the posts in the order they were posted.

When you un-install Hubdog, it does not remove all of the folders correctly. 100% of the data for the app should be cleaned up and deleted if the app is un-installed. (this also lets users cleanly do upgrades and resolve problems)

With a 2 Gig storage card, only keeping 20 posts around seems silly. Allow me to define a picture/podcast archive directory per channel, and within that keep about 100 files per folder, making new folders by some naming scheme. \Storage card\hubdog\archive\flkr_photos\archive1 ... archive2 .... archive3, etc.
In this way, I get the best of the latest updates, but I don't have to try to save every image by hand... I know that Hugdog will archive to these folders, and if I get stuck in an airport for 5 hours I've got a gig of podcasts and photos to look at.
Lastly, give each channel a total number of archived files to keep, and once you hit that number, stop archiving, but make this obvious on the top bar when browsing the channel. (maybe even turning it yellow when you it 80% of that number). So a given channel will archive say 500 photos. When I hit 80% of that number, turn an indicator on the top bar yello, showing archiving is getting full. When it hits 500, turn it red, showing that archiving is now disabled (limit reached).
This kind of feature would really set hubog apart from other RSS readers, because having a larger archive on a flash card card is not something any other reader supports.
