Unable to login/register via PPC

LOGIN
Gives error:
"Bad Username/Password combinaison" <--not my misspelling, exists in program.
REGISTER
Gives error:
"Invalid Birthday"
Anyone able to get past these errors on your PPC?

I've been using Hubdog for a year... fairly successfully... but, about a week ago it started saying "no connection to the Internet". I tried reinstalling" I get the same "combinaison" error if I try to login. If I try to add a new user, it says "no connection to the internet", and if I try to not login at all, it says something about an "error in assembly".
I think nobody minds the store anymore (I never have been able to get any help), the web site exists only because nobody has bothered to take it down, and hubdog is dead. :(

I was able to wipe my system clean (holding down both softkeys during a hard reset... which deletes everything and rebuilds the system from scratch), and I was able to re-install hubdog w/o this problem. Hopefully it doesn't happen again, as it took a full day to re-install all my apps.
